Develop custom training to enhance sales and technical skills across the team Motivate and supervise sales staff through quality evaluations and ongoing coaching Assist with onboarding of new sales consultants Drive continuous improvement in sales programs, practices, and procedures Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Product Specialists to address process gaps affecting sales performance What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coaching role within a sales environment Proven ability to drive team performance in a customer‑centric sales environment Exceptional presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills Availability to work flexible remote shifts Demonstrated track record of coaching and motivating a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
