The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule.

B - Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Saturdays).

D - Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays).

What You'll Do

Support safe operations and a strong safety culture in Shipping.

Manage daily activities of storage and distribution locations during assigned shifts.

Support shifts in process improvement projects and continuous improvement culture.

Support inventory count and accuracy activities for assigned areas on assigned shifts.

Ensure goods are dispatched on time, in the correct quantities and to the appropriate destinations.

Oversee warehouse daily operations, and development for assigned team members.

Manage compliance with product safety and quality for assigned facilities during assigned shifts.

Communicate efficiently with CSRs, customers, carriers, and vendors as needed.

Ensure goods are stored handled properly to prevent loss or damage during assigned shifts.

Ensure that equipment in assigned areas is monitored and maintained for safe and reliable performance and that assigned equipment receives preventative maintenance.

Expedite finished goods from production plant docks to DC/MW for order fulfillment as needed.

Work collaboratively with material managers at plants, finishing building and Sustainability Center to ensure efficient movement of product to/from DC/MW.

Support periodic inventory count process.

Proficiency in WMS system to ensure adherence to product FIFO.

Validate WMS system for valid inventory storage accuracy.

Proficiency in auto rack system operation, trouble shooting and problem solving with Mecalux.

Performs DC Shipping Operator job responsibilities as needed.

Performs MW job responsibilities as needed.

Drive and maintain a positive work culture through continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

Forklift experience required.

Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.

Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.

Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

2–5 years of plastic extrusion experience.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous manufacturing experience.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

$23.00 – $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
