What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality ownership groups, management companies, and key resellers to maximize market share

Identify new business opportunities and effectively address customer needs through tailored solutions

Plan and execute account strategies to enhance product awareness and sales within the hospitality industry

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate sales pipeline reporting and meet operational deadlines

Stay informed on hospitality market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of hospitality industry products and market intelligence

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with effective decision-making capabilities

Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%+ of the time

Strong technical foundation related to hospitality technology solutions

Proven track record of successfully selling complex hardware and services solutions

Experience with customer-facing presentations and skilled in negotiation and client communications

Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
