Job Description Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong customer‑focused mindset to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while coordinating shipments, documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with computers and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support related to shipments and logistics operations

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using internal systems and computer tools

Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential issues or delays

Support customer experience by ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution

Assist the Warehouse Manager with operational reports and daily logistics tasks

Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices

Qualifications

1–3 years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong customer service and customer experience skills

Comfortable working with computers, systems, and operational reports

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
