Position Shift Leader

Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. They set morale, coach staff, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders maintain quality standards for food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.

Qualifications

High‑school diploma or equivalent

Age 18 or older

Ability to work varied hours/days, including early shifts (as early as 3 AM) and weekends

Pass a background check as applicable

Possession of or ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to training

Valid driver’s license (preferred and required at some locations)

Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Compensation $14.57 – $21.86 per hour

Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations

Ranges reflect the employer’s reasonable expectation for the position

Physical Demands Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated with reasonable adjustments.
