Here’s What You’ll Do

Preparation of Request for Proposal packages

Issuance and administration of bid packages throughout the bid cycle

Coordinate and host Pre‑bid meetings with bidders and Project Team members

Receipt and review of proposals

Tabulation of proposals

Coordinate clarification meetings with bidders and Project team

Prepare commercial bid evaluations

Negotiate terms and conditions with bidders and coordinate final negotiations with the legal department

Route requisition for award documents to project team for approvals

Draft award Subcontract documents and issue to successful bidder

Coordinate pre‑award meetings

Manage Subcontractor invoices

Manage change orders

Mitigate Subcontractor risk and assist with any claims or disputes

Subcontract close‑out activities

Here’s What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in a business, construction, supply chain, or operations management, or equivalent project experience

5+ years of experience in construction contracting

2‑5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects is preferred

Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong teamwork

Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills

A drive to solve complex and challenging problems
