Retail Associate – Inventory – WIS International
We’re looking for an energetic Inventory Specialist to support our retail operations. Bring focus, stamina, and a willingness to learn and you’ll unlock opportunities for increased wages.
Starting wage:
$15.15–$21.00 per hour.
Part‑time, flexible hours.

Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
Represent WIS with core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is a plus.
No inventory experience? Training will be provided.
Ability to stand, walk, stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, positive team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
We encourage applicants with no degree, returning to the workforce, military experience, or no prior experience.
Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods, walk, squat, kneel, crouch, use ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, travel by car or plane, occasional overnight stays.
