Job Summary A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervisesand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

Compensation
PLUS $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Assess residents and report changes promptly
Document care in the EMR
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Ensure infection control and safety compliance
Collaboratewith the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications Required:
Active RN licenseinstate of Wisconsin orlicensedin any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.(in good standing)
CPR certified
Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
Must be English literate andpossessexcellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Supervisory or leadership experience
