TheCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.TheCNA atIngleside Communitiescompletes assigned tasks to ensuretimely,efficientandsafepatient/resident care. CNAbase hourly wage:$20.00 – $23.45per hourdependenton experience Weekend Warrior Program–choose one of the following3levels:

SelectLevel:basehourlywage+$5.00/hour(every other weekend) ProLevel:base hourly wage+$7.00/hour(3 weekends per month)

Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. Implementsplan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural,ethnicand religious/spiritual needs. Provides direct patient/resident care andreportscondition and changes to RN or LPN. Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies,proceduresand scope of practice. Nutritional care Effective communication with residents and family Completes all other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry orappropriate entity Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements Must be English literate andpossessexcellent writtenandverbal communication skills Previous hospital or long-termcare or skilled nursing experience (Preferred) CPR Certified (Preferred) What You Can Expect
