About the Position We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Electrician specializing in Industrial Maintenance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, industrial machinery, and maintenance procedures. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems in machinery and control systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams

Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed

Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and installations

Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Journeyman Electrician certification

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and safety practices

Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and motor controls

Familiarity with various types of industrial machinery and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations

Preferred:

Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field

Additional certifications (e.g., Master Electrician, NFPA 70E)

Experience with energy management systems and efficiency improvements

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures

Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and technologies

Technical Skills Candidates should be proficient in the following areas:

Electrician:

Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and wiring. Ability to install, maintain, and repair various electrical components and equipment.

Industrial Maintenance:

Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, equipment, and systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Machines:

Familiarity with a wide range of industrial machines, including motors, generators, conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and automated production lines.
