The PM3 will manage the entire project lifecycle, leveraging formal project management, systems integration, and risk mitigation for a major government initiative. ERP and Large‑Scale Project Leadership – 10+ years Oracle/SAP ERP

Global ERP Project Management : 10 years required. Experience leading large teams and substantial budgets. Technical Integration: 5 years required overseeing technical teams with system architecture and SaaS integration. Technical Background: Prior developer or senior technical PM experience; 5 years required. Complexity – 5 years managing COTS IT projects and multi‑vendor government environment. Governance & Methodology – 7+ years of IT PM knowledge, including industry standards and best practices. Delivery Track Record – 7 years delivering projects on time and on budget. State Methodology – Ensure adherence to State SUITE PMM and SEM. Deliverables – Develop and maintain key SUITE PMM deliverables: Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Report, Risk & Issue Management Plans, and Change Requests. Project Control – Monitor, control, and communicate progress, managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks. Scheduling – Detailed integration schedules over 5,000 lines; advanced MS Project knowledge. Tools – Experience using PPM systems such as Clarity. Risk & Change – Facilitate change management, identify and manage risk, develop corrective action plans. Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Exceptional communication with executives, sponsors, team members. Review and manage vendor contracts and deliverables. Certifications – PMP highly desired; 3 years preferred. Required Qualifications Summary
