What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – a playbook for success.
Lead & engage – primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence and maximizing team productivity.
Uphold Core Values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a safe, inclusive environment.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and enthusiasm for technology and processes.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance, consistency and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet WIS fleet driver requirements if needed.
We encourage applicants who: no degree needed; no experience or returning to the workforce; have military experience.
Working Conditions This role requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use of ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car and plane, including overnight stays.
