The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing to provide direct leadership and oversight for multiple service lines, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hiring and management of staff for the new hospital, including onboarding, training, and the development of departmental policies. This role also involves active participation in committee meetings to address and resolve operational and clinical issues. The ideal candidate is an experienced nursing leader with a flexible approach, excellent team-building, communication, and collaboration skills, and a comfort with managing productivity reports and capital budgets.
Applicants for the Executive Director of Nursing position at the company must have an MSN and an active RN license, with a minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a manager or director role.
