The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of clinical and administrative functions, including managing credentialing, peer review, length of stay, care coordination, and throughput. This role also involves leadership oversight of performance in patient care metrics, safety initiatives, and the development of physician and APP leadership. The VP/CMO will work closely with nursing leadership and have a direct impact on the hospital's Quality and Safety Division, ensuring regulatory readiness, performance improvement, and infection prevention.

Applicants for the VP/CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' recent leadership experience in an acute care setting, with a strong preference for those who have previously served as a CMO or ACMO.
