About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be a key player in the firm's financial leadership, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This senior leadership role demands a strategic partner who can work closely with the CEO and executive team, providing trusted advice on financial strategy, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, with a focus on investment and deal oversight, capital and debt management, and process and infrastructure building to support the company's scale and institutional growth.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior finance or accounting leadership experience, with a background that includes acting as a VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or CFO. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a CFA are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong foundation in real estate finance, including experience in underwriting, deal-level financial modeling, and managing various financial stakeholders. While not mandatory, an MBA and/or CPA, as well as experience in real estate private equity and with high-net-worth investors, are preferred. The successful candidate will be adept at managing complex financial structures and be familiar with the Florida and Sunbelt real estate markets.
