Seasonal Cultural Coordinator

to support our international staff and create an inclusive culture at Camp Gallahue.

About the Role The

Cultural Coordinator

will administer program activities that provide maximum benefits to campers and staff. You will implement a cultural strategy within the camp space, foster a positive culture, and lead initiatives that promote employee retention, engagement, well‑being, and satisfaction.

What You Will Do \ Implement a cultural strategy to support international staff.

Foster an inclusive culture for all camp staff, volunteers, and campers.

Lead initiatives that enhance staff retention and engagement.

Collaborate with camp staff to build belonging for all team members.

Advance internal communication and collaboration within the camp.

Champion policies that attract, develop, and retain diverse staff.

Coordinate transportation and required visits for international staff.

Provide support throughout the summer to share cultural experiences.

Keep records and produce reports as required.

Follow camp rules and regulations and assist with camp activities as needed.

Clean and store equipment at the end of summer.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to stand on your feet for an extended period.

Ability to lift to 40 pounds.

Ability to tolerate exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
