Executive Administrative Assistant

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a trusted right hand to senior executives—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of schedules, meetings, and allowing leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Manage travel bookings and expense reporting using SAP Concur
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and conference room bookings
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support executive communications, special projects, and event planning as needed
Ensure day-to-day executive operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
Administrative support experience for a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense management systems
