$26.00-$34.00/hour , with strong benefits, bonus potential, and long-term career growth.

This is a key hire for the growing company, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll support a top-tier personal injury attorney by preparing litigation digital files and discovery for a dedicated case load, while guiding clients through sensitive matters with precision, professionalism and care. The team is highly professional and business-oriented and prides themselves in delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, and excellent communication skills. This firm values collaboration to ensure deadlines are met and clients are supported with integrity and clarity.

This is an in-person role based in Buffalo, New York.

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely case updates and managing expectations throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Independently draft, review, and e-file legal documents—including complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, and subpoenas—ensuring accuracy and strict compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Coordinate all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including scheduling client meetings, depositions, court reporters, expert witnesses, and investigators.

Review and analyze medical records to prepare detailed and well-supported demand packages.

Assist with client lien resolution by identifying lien amounts, collaborating with lienholders, and coordinating with external lien resolution partners.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating filings, and tracking case deadlines.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Plaintiff’s personal Injury or personal injury defense.

Strong knowledge of handling motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters.

Proficiency in legal software and legal research tools.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with superior communication skills.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure in high volume workloads.

Education

Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or higher in related field.
