What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally
Listen to and understand customer needs to resolve issues effectively
Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff for resolution as necessary
Maintain accurate customer CRM records and document call resolutions
Follow all policies and procedures while adhering to client processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficient in multi-tasking using multiple screens and systems while communicating with customers
Ability to type accurately at a speed of 30-45 words per minute
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Relevant experience in banking or financial services
Proven experience with data entry and strong professional writing skills
