The Role You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.
Schedule Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule.
Night Shift B: 7:00 pm — 7:00 am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
Night Shift D: 7:00 pm — 7:00 am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)
What You'll Do
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines.
Set up machines according to work order specifications.
Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes.
Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers.
What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary
Wages ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
