Family Engagement Coordinator, Alpha Salary: $75,000/year USD (approximately $37.50/hr).

Location: Hybrid. Requires in-person presence in Austin, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, or NYC.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face‑to‑face).

Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care.

Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on‑campus or online.

Key Responsibilities This position ensures a smooth, high‑conversion admissions process that fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

Basic Requirements

Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area.

2+ years in a client‑facing role within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar contexts.

Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; dependable and meticulous.

Sharp eye for detail and proven track record maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems.

Comfortable managing both remote tasks and in‑person campus duties.

Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused environment.

Authorized to work in the US and available to work on‑site in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY.

Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
