In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and high standards. You will manage daily correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and keep applicant data accurate to support sound decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Key Responsibilities This position ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.
Basic Requirements
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in a client-facing role within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar contexts
Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; dependable and meticulous
Sharp eye for detail and proven track record maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing both remote tasks and in-person campus duties
Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, Santa Barbara, CA, or NYC, NY

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
