Customer Service Advisor
Bosselman Enterprises is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, assess repair needs, prepare estimates, and coordinate work with Service Technicians.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, competent service.
Determine repair requirements, estimate costs, and document work orders.
Coordinate scheduling and workflow for the service center.
Communicate repair status to customers and answer questions about service outcomes.
Consult with Technicians to identify necessary repairs and relay those needs to customers.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and up‑to‑date customer‑facing service area.
Receive merchandise, update showroom pricing, and manage parts inventory.
Apply and understand the Boss Shop Warranty process.
Assign work to technicians within company guidelines and report status in a timely manner.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Retail or guest service experience preferred.
Complete the Service Advisor New Team Member Training within the first 90 days.
Efficient computer system usage and basic math skills.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work cooperatively with team members.
English spoken fluently; other languages a plus.
Physical Requirements
Occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, and bending.
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
