What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers inside and outside the employer center with products and services
Utilize smartphone‑based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
Participate in ongoing education through the employer's training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
Availability to participate in required training and certification programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in customer service or related fields
Familiarity with rental equipment and services
Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
Interest in participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
