What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed

Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels

Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications):

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts

Commitment to maintaining a nicotine-free workplace as per company policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Familiarity with rental equipment and inventory management

Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain it

Interest in ongoing education and training opportunities

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
