What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring proper fluid levels and safety
Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in an environment with moderate risks and discomforts
Capability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment
Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Experience with technology and smartphone applications
