What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager
Build active and passive applicant pipelines through research, community relationships, and social media branding
Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure organized recruitment processes
Conduct interviews by phone, video conferencing, or in-person to assess candidate qualifications
Manage candidate experience and develop strategic communication with hiring managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
College coursework up to a Bachelor’s degree preferred
Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sourcing and evaluating talent using various tools and templates
Knowledge of industry-related software programs and applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal relationship skills to work effectively with individuals of all levels
Ability to manage large phone correspondences and a high-volume workload
Participation in seminars and educational activities related to recruitment
