About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation to provide executive leadership in the areas of technology strategy, digital innovation, and information security. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year digital transformation strategy that integrates clinical informatics, EHR optimization, instructional and educational technologies, AI adoption, and data governance into a unified digital roadmap. This roadmap must support patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence. The role also involves promoting a people-centered, collaborative culture and ensuring that digital systems, tools, and data enable clinical and operational success.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Digital Transformation include strategic leadership in digital transformation, overseeing information security, risk management, and compliance, and leading the development of clinical and educational technology strategies. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within the healthcare sector, and a Master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EHR implementations, clinical informatics, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise infrastructure, as well as experience in leading AI/GenAI strategy and digital transformation. They must also be adept at fostering a culture of inclusivity, mentoring and developing teams, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
