About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The COO will work closely with the CEO to manage the operations of the facility, providing strategic and long-term planning support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's mission and vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving operational and departmental objectives, as well as for the continuous improvement of service delivery. Key duties include establishing and executing operational and departmental policies, coordinating staff development programs, and serving as the facility's Compliance Officer. The COO will also be involved in budget development, performance improvement initiatives, and will play an active role in the company's strategic plan.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a current and valid professional license in a relevant field. A minimum of 5-10 years' of progressive senior leadership experience in a healthcare or related setting is required, along with a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and a thorough understanding of regulatory and accrediting agency standards.
