About the Role
The Company is in search of a Partner for its Labor and Employment practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding the firm's employment practice, providing strategic legal counsel to a diverse client base, and handling a wide range of employment-related matters. This includes but is not limited to, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and trade secret disputes. The role also involves collaborating with other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions, contributing to thought leadership, and mentoring junior attorneys.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of focused experience in labor and employment law, with a strong background in litigation, counseling, and negotiation. A portable book of business is preferred, and the candidate should be a thoughtful communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to mentorship and community involvement.
