The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The COO will be a key strategic and operational leader, ensuring organizational excellence across internal operations and community-facing functions. This executive-level role is pivotal in shaping the operational backbone of the organization, which is deeply committed to community impact, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership in all operational functions, oversee daily operations of the Office of the President, and lead nonprofit convening and office space operations. Building scalable systems and processes, supporting governance best practices, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations are also key responsibilities.
The ideal COO for the company will have over 10 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a strong preference for a background in nonprofit, foundation, or mission-driven organizations. They should be a proven leader of cross-functional teams, a strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style, and a strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive approach.
