About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial functions across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of funds, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and internal controls. This high-visibility position demands a hands-on leader with a balance of technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement. The CFO will be expected to advise executive leadership on financial policy, objectives, and risk management, as well as to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

Applicants for the CFO role at the company must have an MBA, with a CPA in good standing or equivalent professional credential preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles, is required. Experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership position within a regulated financial services environment is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of statutory and GAAP accounting principles, proficiency with general ledger and ERP systems, and advanced Excel and presentation skills. Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The CFO will be tasked with overseeing a wide range of financial activities, from general ledger and accounting operations to financial management systems, and must be adept at managing external and internal audit processes.
