The CFO will lead all financial functions across the enterprise, including oversight of funds, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and internal controls. This is a high visibility role requiring a hands-on leader who balances technical accounting expertise with operational leadership and stakeholder engagement.Skills & Experience* MBA required* CPA in good standing or equivalent professional credential preferred* Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles* Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in insurance, reinsurance, or a regulated financial services environment preferred* Prior government or regulatory experience is a plus* Knowledge of statutory and GAAP accounting principles* Proficiency with general ledger and ERP systems, with experience implementing or improving GL processes* Advanced Excel and presentation skills for financial reporting and executive briefings* Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborativelyDetailed Job Description* Advise executive leadership on financial policy, objectives, and risk management* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals* Oversee general ledger, accounting operations, and financial management systems* Prepare annual reports, budgets, forecasts, and tax filings* Manage external and internal audit processes and serve as primary audit contact* Oversee receivables, billing, treasury operations, and cash management functions* Develop financial forecasts, reconciliations, and enterprise risk assessments* Establish and maintain strong financial policies, procedures, and internal controls* Provide financial analysis and support for third party proceedings as needed* Respond to inquiries from stakeholders including regulators and creditors as appropriateIf interested, please apply to the role or send your resume to: Ryan.Borchers@oliverjames.comOnly qualified applicants will receive a response. #J-18808-Ljbffr
