About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead the development of employer and workforce partnerships for its ambitious learning portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the go-to-market strategy, leading a high-performing team, and driving accelerated revenue growth through strategic partnerships with enterprise employers, workforce agencies, and industry associations. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in driving multi-million-dollar growth, experience in selling to large organizations across various sectors, and a strong ability to negotiate and navigate complex agreements. The Executive Director will also be expected to have advanced CRM fluency, preferably with HubSpot, and the ability to lead the full partner lifecycle, from new business to renewals and expansion.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 9 years' of relevant experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role.
