The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to take on a pivotal leadership role as the organization continues to expand. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions worldwide, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational strategy. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 12 years' experience, at least 3 years in a large, complex organization, and a background in a technology company, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The VP of HR will lead a team, manage HR programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with company leaders, provide expert counsel, and support the development of a strong leadership pipeline.
Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field, with a preference for a major in one of these areas.
