About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader responsible for the development and execution of the organization's human capital strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR functions align with the company's mission, values, and operational excellence. The VP of HR will modernize HR operations, lead organizational change initiatives, and ensure full compliance with all employment regulations, particularly those specific to the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR policies, audits, and risk mitigation, as well as leading the optimization and automation of HR operations. The role also involves designing and implementing leadership development programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, and developing strategies to attract and retain talent in a competitive labor market.

Candidates for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' overall leadership experience in HR, and at least 5 years in an executive-level HR leadership role. A background in HR leadership within healthcare environments is essential, with a strong working knowledge of UKG HRIS. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in healthcare HR compliance, process automation, organizational development, and change management. Experience in supporting large, multi-location workforces and a background in mission-driven or service-oriented organizations are also preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
