About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and provide visionary financial leadership. The CFO will be a key player in shaping the organization's financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is pivotal in the company's mission-driven approach, particularly in the context of growth, innovation, and transformation within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of various departments, preparing and reporting financial data, and aligning the financial strategy with the organization's mission and values.

The ideal CFO for the company will have a strong educational background, including a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a CFO or VP level, is required. Experience in a community-based healthcare environment, particularly with a high governmental payer mix or a track record of managing in a financially stressed setting, is highly valued. The role demands a professional with a contemporary, enterprise-wide perspective on financial functions, strong business acumen, and the ability to turn strategic plans into action. The CFO must also be an effective communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in decision-making.
