About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management with a strong background in both the strategic and operational aspects of the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of tailored recruitment plans for various student categories, including first-year, transfer, international, and graduate learners. This role requires a deep understanding of the art and science of enrollment management, encompassing communication and relational skills with prospective students and families, as well as expertise in data management and fiscal components. The new VPEM will be expected to contribute to the company's enrollment growth and must be adept at using enrollment management skills to align with the company's strategic plan.
Applicants for the VPEM position at the company must have an earned Master’s degree and at least 5 years' of Director level or higher experience in an enrollment management unit. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, including new student recruitment, retention, marketing, financial aid, and discount management. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership and management experience, with a focus on producing growing enrollments and increased net tuition revenue. The VPEM will work closely with the President and other stakeholders, and as such, strong communication and relational skills are essential.
