About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Long-Term Care Operations. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed LNHA in Texas with a minimum of 5-7 years' of Executive Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration is preferred. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home operations, be a visionary leader with a passion for senior care, and have a proven track record of leadership in long-term care operations. Experience in preparing annual operating budgets and meeting budgeted earnings expectations is also a key requirement.
