A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, and the CEO will be expected to have a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, including managed care and clinical integration.

Candidates for the CEO position at the company's medical center should possess a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience in a multi-facility healthcare system and a strong background in philanthropy, business development, and strategic planning. The CEO must be politically savvy, an excellent communicator, and have a customer service excellence orientation.
