About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic leadership and management direction across all hospital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the hospital's mission, vision, values, and regulatory requirements, as well as for the safe and quality of patient care. This role involves overseeing the clinical staff, managing the annual operating budget, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including the Board, medical staff, and the community. The CEO/CNO will also be accountable for the hospital's financial and clinical performance, and for leading performance improvement initiatives.
Candidates for the CEO/CNO position at the company must have a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or a Bachelor's degree in nursing with a business-related Master's, and must be a licensed Registered Nurse. A minimum of 5-7 years' senior administrative experience, with a preference for those with LTACH or similar experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational, financial, and strategic management, as well as in building positive relationships with physicians, employees, and community leaders. Direct patient care experience in a post-acute or acute care setting is essential, with a focus on post-acute and critical care experience. The role demands a leader who can establish a clear vision, promote a culture of quality and safety, and effectively manage and develop a team.
