This role involves representing the organization with various stakeholders, including farm worker partners, religious leaders, and other institutions, as well as serving as the primary spokesperson. The Executive Director will also oversee the communication strategy, manage campaigns and programs, and ensure the organization's work is aligned with its long-range strategy and mission.
Essential skills and qualifications for the Executive Director position at the company include a demonstrated commitment to social, economic, and racial justice, experience in working with faith communities, and knowledge of faith policy advocacy.
