The Company is seeking a Permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be a key member of the executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a strong background in financial management. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, overseeing all financial operations, and directing corporate financial planning and structure. This role also involves coordinating and reporting financial performance, preparing financial forecasts, and managing financial risks. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving business growth.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a CPA, CMA, or other related certification being a plus. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a CFO role is required, along with a proven track record in executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and be proficient in data analysis and forecasting methods. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and people skills are essential, as is the ability to strategize and solve problems.
