We are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our Dallas office.

This is a high-visibility role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment and brings strong expertise in executive support.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and acting as a trusted support partner to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

β–ͺ End-to-end calendar and schedule management for senior leadership

β–ͺ Meeting coordination , agendas, MoMs, and follow-ups

β–ͺ Domestic & international travel management

β–ͺ Stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external partners

β–ͺ Preparation of presentations, reports, and confidential documents

β–ͺ Expense tracking and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

βœ” 3–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

βœ” Strong expertise in calendar management, scheduling, travel & meeting coordination

βœ” Prior experience supporting CXO / Senior Leadership preferred

βœ” Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills

βœ” Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
