A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available to support K-12 students within a school setting in Appleton, WI. This contract assignment runs through June 8, 2026, offering a full-time, onsite role focused on delivering specialized instruction and behavior support tailored to individual student needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized and group instruction to elementary students with special education needs. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students requiring additional behavioral support. Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with IEP goals and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required. Desired Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification with an emphasis on elementary education. Behavior endorsement or demonstrated experience managing classroom behavior interventions. Proven ability to work onsite within a primary school environment.
