Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all special education regulations. Adapt curriculum and lesson plans to meet each student's IEP goals. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development. Qualifications: Valid certification in Elementary Special Education. Endorsements or experience in classroom behavior management. Strong understanding of K-12 special education best practices. Ability to manage a caseload primarily focused on elementary students. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience working onsite in a school environment (virtual work is not accepted).
