Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide critical support in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position requires dedication to assisting students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs across multiple campuses. The role involves collaboration with Behavior Interventionists and educators to implement behavior management strategies, primarily within self-contained or life skills classrooms. Location: Fort Worth, TX (on-site) Flexible travel between 2-3 campuses weekly is required Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct support to students with Autism, intellectual, and emotional disturbances Collaborate closely with Behavior Interventionists on assigned campuses Model and reinforce positive teacher strategies Manage behaviors with a high level of restraint and address aggression safely Adapt to rotating assignments across multiple campuses as needed Qualifications and Experience: Current national certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is mandatory Experience working with K-12 students in school settings, particularly those with behavioral challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to commute among campuses throughout the workweek Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Benefits and Perks: Supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting diverse student populations in educational settings Collaborative work environment focused on student success and positive behavioral outcomes If you are a compassionate, adaptable RBT ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school environment, consider applying for this position.
