Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role offers an opportunity to provide critical behavioral support within a K-12 educational setting in Arlington, TX. The position involves working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with diverse needs, including autism and intellectual or emotional disturbances. The environment primarily consists of self-contained or life skills classrooms where managing high levels of restraint and aggression is expected. Collaboration with Behavior Interventionists and a BCBA supervisor is a key component of this position. Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral support to students across multiple campuses on a rotating schedule Collaborate closely with the assigned Behavior Interventionist and teaching staff to implement behavior plans Model appropriate strategies and techniques to support positive student outcomes Work primarily in self-contained or life skills settings supporting students with behavioral challenges Maintain flexibility to commute between 2-3 campuses weekly based on service needs Follow supervision and guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting students with autism and complex behavioral needs in school settings preferred Ability to manage high levels of restraint and aggressive behavior effectively and safely Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to travel between campuses and adapt to varying student needs Location: Arlington, Texas, K-12 school environment Onsite work with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Benefits and Perks: Opportunity to work closely with experienced BCBA supervision Gain valuable exposure across multiple campuses and student populations Support meaningful student progress and development in specialized instructional settings This is a contract position running through May 22, 2026, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek.
