Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in the Dallas area, this opportunity calls for two skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students across multiple campuses in a dynamic school district. The role involves working onsite within self-contained and life skills classrooms, providing specialized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disturbances. The position requires flexibility to commute between 2-3 campuses weekly while collaborating closely with Behavior Interventionists and teachers to implement behavioral strategies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavioral interventions and support in alignment with individualized education plans. Work directly with students exhibiting a high level of restraint and aggression, ensuring safety and positive outcomes. Model effective behavioral techniques and support teachers within classroom settings. Coordinate with the districts Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for supervision and guidance. Manage caseloads across multiple campuses on a rotating schedule. Qualifications: Current National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Previous experience supporting students with autism and
behavioral/emotional
challenges in educational environments. Ability to maintain composure and implement restraint techniques appropriately in crisis situations. Flexibility to travel between various campus locations within the district. Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and clinical staff. Position Details: Location: Lewisville, TX (Dallas metropolitan area) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Contract length: Current School Year (ASAP through 5/22/2026) Onsite work environment This contract provides a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on students educational experiences by delivering essential behavioral support.
