Kennett Square, Pennsylvania . This role supports personalized compounds tailored to individual patient needs and is ideal for dependable technicians with strong sterile compounding experience.
Attendance is critical
for success in this position. Position Overview Youll support both sterile and non-sterile compounding operations while maintaining strict compliance with USP standards. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, documentation accuracy, and consistent teamwork under pharmacist supervision. Schedule MondayFriday
Mid shift: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with
USP
,
, and
through training and ongoing competencies
Accurately read and interpret prescriptions; enter orders into the pharmacy system
Prepare and compound medications following established formulations and processes
Complete formula log sheets and maintain compliant documentation
Measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications accurately
Assist with batch compounding, product labeling, and verification of log entries
Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and PPE to maintain adequate stock levels
Ensure timely preparation and fulfillment of compounded prescriptions for shipping or pickup
Maintain accurate records of compounded products and work performed
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Pharmacy Technician experience
Sterile compounding experience (required)
Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration
(required by end of June 2026)
PTCB certification
or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to attendance
Practice Setting Specialty compounding pharmacy
